Before ordering please read and understand our Terms & Conditions carefully. By ordering any goods from this Site you, the buyer, agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
Wow Beanbags endeavours to ensure that the information presented on the site is both true and accurate. However all of the drawings, descriptive matter, dimensions, illustrations, price lists or advertisements displayed on this site are only intended to give a general idea of the goods described and shall not form part of the contract. All measurements / dimensions are given as a guide only and are approximate.
Wow Beanbags reserves the right to alter specifications, colours and fabrics without notice on all products listed on our website. Consequently, products available may vary slightly in colour from that shown on the current site. Wow beanbags reserve the right to change prices and promotional codes without notice.
Please allow upto 7-10 working days for delivery.
When you item(s) is ready for dispatch you will be notified via email of the shipping date, your item will be shipped to the address given on your order. Wow Beanbags will dispatch your item using a courier company. On delivery you will be required to sign for your item, this is to ensure safe delivery of your items. Should your item be damaged you must state “damaged” on the delivery confirmation, Wow Beanbags will not accept liability for the damage if this is not stated. Should you not be available to take the collection for any reason the courier company will leave a calling card and return you item to the depot. You must call the company and arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. If you do not call the courier company the item will be dispatched automatically on the next working day for a second delivery attempt. Should the item not be signed for on this delivery the item will be returned to Wow Beanbags.
Wow Beanbags will charge for the item to be returned at the same rate as the original delivery cost plus an additional recall charge of £10.00.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Should you wish to return an item, you must inform the company either by emailing on firstname.lastname@example.org telephone 01934 733522 and speaking to the customer service department.
Wow Beanbags would require the goods to be returned at your own expense within 7 days of informing us of your intention to return. It will be the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition as received. The invoice must be present in order to receive a full cash refund, without the invoice present Wow beanbags would offer a Voucher or Credit Note. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Wow Beanbags reserves the right to take action to claim any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. We will not refund any obviously damaged or dirty goods.
Should you be unable to return you items Wow Beanbags could arrange collection at a time that is suitable for yourself and the courier. The expense would be charged to you and payment is required prior to collection. The pick up costs start from £20.00.
You are advised to retain the original packaging and receipt in the event of you cancelling an order.
Any refunds or returns made on promotional items will be given at the rate of the discounted product.
